U.L. Spirit Day Youth Camp
The youth clinic for Summer 2009 WILL BE HELD Saturday August 29, 2009. Print the registration form below to print and return to the Spirit Squad Office P.O. Box 42611 Lafayette, La 70504 ATTN: SPIRIT DAY CAMP.
Participants can register for either the dance session (morning) or the cheer session (afternoon). They may also register for the entire day and will be served lunch.
Registration/Check In for Dance Session or both sessions is 8:45-9:15 a.m. Registration/check in for Cheer session only is 12:45-1:15 p.m.
PARTICIPANTS MUST PRE REGISTER BY 4 P.M. AUGUST 10, 2009 IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A TSHIRT. WALK UP REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF CAMP BUT TSHIRTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
