Current UL students must be registered full time and in good standing with the University. You must bring a copy of your most current transcript. Transfer students or graduating seniors must bring a copy of your acceptance letter to UL and a transcript from your high school or current college.

Tryouts have been held for the 2008-2009 Ragin’ Cajun Spirit Squads. Summer and Fall tryouts are held only on an as needed basis. Please check back to see if Summer/Fall tryouts will be held.

There will be a summer tryout for the Ragin’ Cajun All Girl Cheerleading Squad and the Ragin’ Cajun Co-ed Cheerleading Squad. It will be held on Friday June 27, 2008 2 pm - 5 pm at Bourgeois Hall in the Judo Room.  Please print a tryout application and return to U.L. Spirit Groups P.O. Box 42611 Lafayette, LA 70504 Attn: Michelle Bernard. You must bring proof of acceptance if you are a first time freshman or transfer student or an unofficial transcript if you are a current student.
