COVID-19 Information

The health and safety of our students, employees, and visitors are of the utmost importance to the University. The Student Union has assessed possible risks and developed the protocols and procedures to help mitigate those risks.

Open Entrances

All entrances are now accessible during normal business hours.


Campus dining services are open for normal business hours. Visit the Campus Food Services website for more information.

Services & Businesses

All services and businesses located in the Student Union are open for normal business hours. Check individual offices' and businesses' websites for hours.

Masking & Sanitation

The Union staff are continuing to clean and sanitize all common spaces, restrooms, elevators, etc.

All visitors to the Union are encouraged to wear a mask/face covering.


The Student Union is available for event reservations that follow proper guidelines and protocols as mandated by the federal/state government, Office of Public Health, and the University.

  • The size of events will be determined by University guidelines as mandated by federal, state, and Office of Public Health.
  • Event space tours are available by appointment only. Please contact to schedule a tour.
  • Event reservations should contact  with any questions about reserving Union space.
  • Event staff will work with the event planner to ensure proper social distancing, capacity size, and other preventative measures are followed for events.
